President: Clayton Wraith
Clayton “Clay” Wraith serves as the current President of the Warner Parks Neighborhood Association. Clay is a Tennessee attorney, mediator, business advisor, and Guardian ad Litem in Nashville, where his work focuses on helping individuals, families, kids in juvenile proceedings, businesses, fisherman and non-profit organizations. He considers himself an Advocate for Awesome and likes to solve problems and help folks.
Clay and his wife, Dana, live in the Warner Parks neighborhood with their son, Judah, and their dogs, Willie Nelson and Birdie Rose. As Association President, Clay is committed to strengthening communication among neighbors, supporting thoughtful stewardship of the area, and helping keep Warner Parks a welcoming, connected, and engaged community. He believes civil discourse can mitigate a lot of issues and encourages neighborhood participation that recognizes we have a lot more in common then some would have you believe.
Vice President: Stephen Kohl
Stephen Kohl and his wife Emily have made their home at 1042 Percy Warner Blvd for 26 years. They appreciate the neighborhood’s peaceful suburban feel as much as its convenience to Nashville’s vibrant urban core. With a career in photography and videography, the Kohl’s are active members of West End Community Church and enjoy traveling and mission work in their free time.
Secretary: Jay Milam
Jay has been a board member of the Warner Parks Community Neighborhood Association since 2025. He currently serves as the board’s Secretary. Jay is a native Nashvillian, and he and his family have lived in the neighborhood since 2016.
Jay is a principal at a local elementary school as well as an active member of his church. Jay loves this neighborhood and is excited to give back as a member of the board. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to him directly at jaymilam12@gmail.com.
Board Member: Daniel Huttchson
Daniel has served on the Board of the Warner Parks Community Neighborhood Association since 2025. A native of Watertown, Tennessee, he works in mergers and acquisitions for a healthcare software company. Daniel and his wife, Ann Walker, have called the Warner Parks neighborhood home since 2020.
You’ll often spot Daniel and Ann Walker walking through the neighborhood with their two Flat-Coated Retrievers, Hank and Auggie. Board Member: Martin Kennedy
Born & raised in Philadelphia, Martin has lived on PW Blvd since 2004 and raised his children in the same neighborhood.
Martin loves that his neighborhood is adjacent to the J, St. Henry’s, Cheekwood, and Warner Parks, nestled inside of our great city. He believes he is truly fortunate to live in our neighborhood and loves teaching economics at Belmont University.
Board Member: Stephanie Castera
Stephanie has served on the Board of Warner Parks Community Neighborhood Association since 2024. She currently serves as the Board’s Treasurer. Stephanie has lived in the Warner Parks neighborhood since 2017.
Stephanie has worked in College Athletics for 20 years and enjoys almost any sporting event. She often enjoys walks throughout the neighborhood with her husband, two kids and dog, Mojo.
Board Member: Nate Trimble
Nate Trimble has been a proud board member of the Warner Parks Community Neighborhood Association since 2022, married with two children and an active duty military officer.
He is active in his local church at midtown fellowship and the co-chair of Metro Nashville Young Life. Nate enjoys serving as a Warner Parks Ambassador and hiking and running on its beautiful trails!
Board Member: Brandon Valle
Brandon is a local State Farm insurance agent serving families and businesses across Tennessee, Kentucky, Mississippi, and Georgia. Born in Memphis and raised in Southaven, Mississippi, Brandon now calls the Warner Parks area home. He is a husband and a father of two.
He enjoys building relationships with customers and neighbors throughout the community. Brandon is actively involved in local events, supports Nashville businesses, and is a proud Nashville Predators fan. He is committed to keeping the neighborhood a safe place where his kids will be proud to grow up. He prioritizes his family and friends and is always willing to host the next cookout.
